• 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will automatically cancel your appointment & forfeit your deposit, no exceptions.

• Deposit of 50% require for each treatment.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION

• Please use your email or WhatsApp confirmation to RESCHEDULE or CANCEL your appointment.
• The appointment can be rescheduled one time within 48 hours of your appointment. If not rescheduled within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
• A refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: appointments book up fast therefore I cannot guarantee an appointment the same month.
